we will prepare some typical Italian recipes, fresh handmade pasta such as tagliatelle and casoncelli and various sauces easy to prepare at home and traditional dishes based on fish or leavened products such as pizza and focaccia

Those courses provide cooking lessons in English, held by the chef in workroom, where the students can make culinary preparations or observe to the implementation of the dishes from the chef.
